1. Acceptance of Terms & Retailer Eligibility

By registering an account, installing any PayeZ software (Android APK, Windows Desktop, Keypad Terminal), or performing transactions through the web portal or API, you confirm your binding agreement to these Terms & Conditions.

Applicants must be at least 18 years of age and operating a legitimate retail or commercial business in Sri Lanka.
Only one authorized PayeZ retailer account is permitted per unique mobile phone number.

2. Account Registration & Mandatory KYC Compliance

Every retailer applicant is required to provide accurate registration details and submit mandatory KYC verification via our 8-point CamScanner perspective cropper:

Admin Verification & Approval Process:

Applications undergo verification within 15-30 minutes. Incomplete or forged documentation will result in immediate rejection. Once approved, the submitted live selfie is linked as the retailer's active profile avatar.

3. One-Time Registration Fee & Commission Tier Upgrades

PayeZ charges zero monthly subscriptions or maintenance fees. Account activation operates under a transparent one-time model:

1,500 LKR One-Time Lifetime Registration Fee

Upon the retailer's first wallet deposit (e.g. via AutoFund), a one-time registration fee of 1,500 LKR is deducted. This automatically and permanently upgrades the retailer to the highest Active Commission Scheme, unlocking full margins across Dialog, Mobitel, Airtel, and Hutch.

4. 24/7 Automated AutoFund & Wallet Funding Rules

PayeZ AutoFund provides instant, automated, 24/7 wallet top-ups through direct bank transfers:

Mandatory Reference Code: The retailer must include their unique AutoFund Code in the bank transfer remarks field to trigger sub-5-second automatic balance crediting.
Balance Atomicity: Every transaction is locked at database row level to guarantee that wallet balances match bank and recharge histories to the cent.

5. Transaction Execution & Instant Automated Refund Policy

When a recharge or bill payment request fails or is rejected by the upstream carrier (Dialog, Mobitel, Airtel, Hutch, etc.), our system immediately initiates an automatic wallet refund with zero admin intervention.

Irreversible Success Policy: Due to telecommunication carrier protocols, airtime top-ups and bill payments marked as SUCCESSFUL cannot be cancelled or refunded once delivered to the destination SIM.

6. Retailer Referral Rewards & Lifetime Downline Commissions

7. Prohibited Conduct & Account Suspension

Engaging in any of the following activities will result in immediate account termination and potential legal escalation:

Submitting fraudulent, altered, or stolen identity documents during KYC registration.
Attempting unauthorized reverse engineering, automated bot scraping, or denial-of-service exploits.
Submitting fraudulent deposit receipts or fabricating bank transfer references.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions and any disputes arising from your use of PayeZ services shall be governed exclusively by the laws and commercial courts of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka.
